3. What is an Oliver’s Labels Agent?
That was the name of participants in our Referral Program, formerly known as our Agent Program. That program has since been renamed and Agents are now Referers. 4. How many characters can I use for my personalization?
Some of our labels have character limits based on how much can fit on the available space. Keep in mind that the more characters you use, the smaller the text will appear. You can use the label previewer to get an idea of how your labels will turn out.

5. Can I split the pack into two names?
Unfortunately, we are unable to split a pack into two names. However, customers with multiple children get their labels printed with just their last name so everyone in the house can use them.

6. Iron-on Clothing Labels vs. Stick-eez™ Clothing Labels
Our Iron-on Clothing Labels can be applied anywhere on the clothing with your iron. Our Stick-eez™ Clothing Labels perform optimally when stuck to the clothing tag and doesn’t require any ironing or sewing at all.

7. Can Stick-eez™ Clothing Labels be stuck into clothing without a label?
Stick-eez™ Clothing Labels perform optimally when stuck to the clothing tag. If most of your clothing is tagless, we suggest using our Iron-on Clothing Labels as they can be applied permanently to any fabric that can be ironed.

8. Are your labels removable?
All of our vinyl labels are sticky enough to stay on through the dishwasher and laundry yet removable when you need them to be. Just pick a corner with your nail and peel the label away slowly. Our Iron-on Clothing Labels, however, are permanent so they cannot be removed. If you’re handing the garment down to another child, you can always iron a new label on top.

9. The previewer isn’t showing my personalization / The previewer doesn’t look quite right...
Unfortunately, the previewer is not always perfect but rest assured that our designers look at each and every set of labels to make sure yours look their very best before they get printed.

10. Can I pick up my order from your location?
You can speak with our customer service to arrange a pick up from our location in Toronto. We are located at 68 Carnforth Road near Victoria Park Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East.

11. Can I update my Found-it™ email address?
Contact our customer service by phone (1-800-398-2060) or email (info@oliverslabels.com) to update your email address associated with your Found-it™ code.
